Furthermore, User is fully aware that Planit Capital is a marketing company and not a broker dealer and cannot function as a broker dealers under FINRA rules. As such, Planit Capital will only use traditional marketing activities to assist the Company and will not have any obligations, normally performed by a Broker Dealer, to develop, write and produce a business plan, financial model or any other duties or responsibilities not specifically identified in this agreement. And it is agreed, as it relates to Planit Capital resources, investors and contacts Company shall compensate Planit Capital as a percentage in cash and warrants of any monetary raise, to be negotiated in good faith between parties, for which Planit Capital is involved with in terms of introduction through its resources to assist in financial sourcing and transactions.

Under FINRA and State Banking rules, Planit Capital and Company agree that their discussions relating to any such financing will be general in scope and will not make reference to the specific terms of such financing, and it agrees that they will not participate in follow up or negotiations between Client and any investor or its designee. Planit Capital hereby further represents, and warrants that he is not involved in the sale of securities generally, or on any other basis as to require federal or state registration.

Types of Personal Information We Collect Through The Site

You may browse our Site without creating an online account, but to use certain features you or your ISO may be required to create an account. When you create an account with us, we may collect your name, email address, contact information, a username and password that you will use to access your account and other information. In addition, to submit a question, comment, or post to a blog, you may be required to submit your name and email address, and we may also ask you for other optional information, such as your business’s website address.

We also collect information from you if you log into our Site through an account created with a third-party website (e.g., QuickBooks, Facebook, or LinkedIn).
